Support of the investment project and negotiations on the production of electric buses
Target
To develop an action plan for the implementation of an investment project for the assembly of second-generation (2+) electric buses on the territory of a special economic zone of industrial production type in Grozny, Chechen Republic.
Solution
Our team held a number of intensive negotiations and developed a joint plan between Kamaz PJSC and the administrative authorities of the city of Grozny. We helped to build an open dialogue between the parties on equal terms, which made it possible to develop an investment plan and consider all possible scenarios for the development of the project in order to minimize potential risks.
Result
Effective business and political communications have been built between JSC "Development Corporation of the Chechen Republic" and PJSC "Kamaz". The project itself is in the process of further discussion, evaluation and its subsequent implementation.
