Supply of organic fertilizers in the UAE
Situation
A large company processing organic fertilizers has contacted YANG CONSULT with a request for assistance in entering the UAE market of its products.
Solution
The following work was carried out within the framework of this request:
- GR-support: assessment of country risks, political conjuncture, negotiations with local authorities, etc.
- - Legal approval: company registration, account opening, obtaining certificates and other permits.
- Business consulting: the monitoring of Emirati companies (in particular construction companies) using inorganic fertilizers for the improvement of the territories of constructed facilities was carried out;
- Negotiations have been held with selected companies.
Result
The start of product deliveries in February 2024.
